Coffee roasting and technology.

I would like to thank Jason Davies for putting together the fantastic dynamic representation of the old coffee flavor wheel.  I have updated it to the 2016 version.  Please check his site for the relevant credits.  Let me know if I need to do a better job of crediting all the incredibly talented people who make this wonderful code available.

My goal is to create a set of tools freely available to coffee enthusiasts and professionals.  I am not a programmer and have been having trouble realizing my dream.  Currently I have an online coffee ordering system that is usable and available.  I'm using it in our coffee bar in Rawsonville Vermont.  My next goal is to set up a coffee profiling web form that translates to a visual representation of a coffees flavor profile.
