Bonnet & Main

Bonnet & Main Cafe has opened in the Northshire Bookstore of Manchester VT.  Suzanne Fontaine, well known to the residents of South Londonderry and Stratton has partnered with Fiona Morton to bring us this really exciting new cafe in the space that was previously run as the Spiral Press Cafe and then shortly as the Next Chapter Cafe.

Their first featured coffee will be Ungrounded Coffee Roasters Single Origin Kenya.  It is smooth and balanced with a wonderful mouth feel.  You may notice a slight hint of lemon or plum.

I'm excited to frequent this beautiful spot.  The menu looks delicious, the décor is great and I’m sure the atmosphere will be perfect.
